Welcome to the Elevana Psychiatry LLC online mental health practice of Dr. Azra Alomerovic, where compassionate care meets clinical expertise.
Dr. Alomerovic is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She graduated with honors from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009 with a Master of Science in Nursing and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University in 2015. In 2021, she completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Frontier Nursing University.
She is credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Lifespan and holds an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license through the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
With a career devoted to mental health, Dr. Alomerovic has served individuals across a variety of clinical settings throughout the Louisville area. Her practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including:
